Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Return Policy
All items purchased including but not limited to: Computer pc’s, Monitors, Laptops, TV’s, Computer accessories, Cell phone accessories, and all others are covered directly under the manufactures warranty, and are not subject to refund or exchange through our store.
Although, all products are sold through CompCellAcc.com they are covered by the Manufacture’s warranty. CompCellAcc.com stands behind the quality and condition of all merchandise sold and our highly trained representatives are available to assist with manufacturer’s warranty service.
If your merchandise arrives malfunctioning or appears to be defective, please contact the manufacturer to obtain warranty service. In many instances, manufacturer representatives can diagnose and resolve product concerns over the phone. Our customer service team will make every effort to assist you in obtaining technical support and warranty service.
At CompCellAcc.com, we make ever effort to ship orders expeditiously. Merchandise that is refused will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, please call as soon as possible at 863-709-9130. No charges will be posted for cancellations that are made prior to processing and shipping.
